The hotel staff was very arrogant. They had kept a secluded area (like refugee) of restaurant (may be on request of Veena World) for us. Quality of cutlery and plates was awful. One covered garage with lots of unclean tables was referred to as \White House\ by the hotel staff.

Home cooked meals is what you get there, and the service is very good you are treated as royalty, the owner of the restaurant just rolls up his sleeves and serves the food is mind blowing if you don't want to sit inside the Air Conditioned part of the restaurant you can eat out in the open which is at the back of the restaurant. The food and service was appreciated by my entire group, only be careful when going to the washroom it is in the basement steps are a bit steep but manageble. There is a bar and is priced reasonably. Parking is available on the opposite side of the restaurant.

Visit this place and get satisfied with the food. The food experience you get here will make you mad with this restaurant. The food with veggies and food with non veg items are really tasty. I loved the taste of food here. Willing to visit this again and again. A place where good food is served quickly.

No where close to indian restaurant. Though people serving the food were nice but food were utterly pathetic. They use tomato ketchup in their food to make it taste better. Recommendations: eat somewhere else

The experience in this restaurant was way below par. While the repute of the restaurant was known, the personal experience has been anything but satisfactory. The overall decor was appealing to the eye, but the behaviour of some of the staff was nothing but jarring to the psyche. The extremely rude, insensitive and discriminatory behaviour of one of the staff was particularly shocking and appalling. When brought to the notice of the senior management of the restaurant available there, it was very disheartening to note that the management had little or no control on the staff. We were distraught to see that the manager was unable to even extract a due apology from the erring staff. It was not just disappointing but also displayed the lack of professionalism and empathy from the management. While the repute of Indian restaurants, being extremely courteous and welcoming, is well known; in the case of this particular restaurant, the apparent lack of competition has probably taken the repute to their very heads, which is to be guarded against, especially in the service industry. So, no marks to this restaurant on that front!! Lack of manners and basic empathy in dealing with customers is certainly unwelcome and unexpected of a f&b franchise, especially of Indian origin. Discriminatory behaviour by staff is completely unacceptable and staff responsible for such dealings such be given the boot - the sooner the better! This issue will certainly be flagged to the right authorities. This can be noted by the restaurant management.

Very tasty food but I found it expensive for the amounts... For one of the main dish, there was only the meat with sauce without rice or naan bread (I asked for it in supplement) and without vegetables. All drinks were minimum at 4 euros...
