La tienda parece ser buena y con varios purros. Sin embargo me senti como estaba sendo aprisado Por la senora y esto fue despues de comprar in caja de Hoyo de M. El humidor tenia bastante produtos pero no me dejo mira creo que como solo era 2 personas ella estaba com prisa. El produto es nota 10. El servicio es normal. Yo iba compra mas talvez la Lastima que no tenia el Behike, pero hay falta y es raro es el ‘chalice’. The store is absolutely wonderful and have a variety of products. If you want the option to buy in bulk this is the spot. However, I felt like was rushed by the lady who attended me, this is on top of after I said I was taking a box of Hoyo de M. Granted it was early in the morning and I didn’t look like a true shopper. Still, I wanted to buy more products that they had. In addition, I was accompanied into the humidor and watched as if it was my first time in a humidor. The product quality and quantity were A; the service was okay, but I can’t complain since I didn’t look the part. I did inquire on the Behike 52, but there is a shortage in the city and it has become the ‘holy grail’.
If you are looking for pipe tobacco or great Cuban cigars in Madrid, this is your place! The selection of Cuban cigars, from all brand and types is excellent and well kept in a nice humidor. They are not familiar with international brands such as Davidoff or Avo Ubezian, but you can rest assured they know everything Cuban, and they are very friendly
Very helpful and good selection. Being a non native speaker the first assistant brought an English speaking employee for me so that I would be able to shop easier. It was a very welcome surprise allowing me to make a nice selection more quickly. I really appreciated the assistance.
Loved it. Bit of schlep from far end of Metro Line 5 changing for Bilbao Metro station which is the nearest. However well worth it. Prices compared( to the Uk) are still very good and the selection is as well. A must do if you are in Madrid.
