The food is really clean and good quality. You’ll feel good after eating. This totally became my go-to restaurant in one try. I had a problem with an order and the they helped me made the adjustment so quickly. The staff is really nice, the place is clean and smells good! Really love this place. One thing to keep in mind is that they charge credit card processing fees so if you want to avoid that, just bring cash or make an online order.

Great experience, staff were amazing, was told that there was a wait for food ahead of ordering which gave me a choice. I placed my order but had no wallet and promised to return with payment and the young lady behind the counter agreed to put my order in the system whilst I visited the bank. Did not have to, but made me really appreciate the level of service. Came back in 15 minutes and paid and made to feel important. Food delivered earlier than expected, piping hot and the whole family commented on the quality and taste. We will be back not only for the food but the service is a credit to the team working at the location. They are a credit to the company. 10 out of q0 for making me feel awesome about service
Here's the thing LA Burger, Plano.... your food is really good but you have got to check your orders in take out. Truly frustrating as a customer. We continue to order because the food id good but we are just about over spending money on orders that are missing key elements. Tacos, no sauce. Salads, no dressing. Burgers, no tots. Really? Get it together and care about your customer's experience. Our last four orders have been incorrect. FOUR. If it's happening to us so often, imagine the grand scope! We are taking a break from your and may revisit in the future but for now....we're seeing other people.
First time trying this place and the food is super yummy. Definitely worth a try!
I hardly give 5 stars to burger joints, it's like saying there is no room for improvement. But my goodness! Everytime my husband and I go to Dallas we have to have a burger from LA and we also love their rice bowl. The kimchi is the best I have ever had. I love, love , love this place. If you are thinking twice about going, please do not doubt, go for it.
