Last week was the first time we came to that place. But It is no doubt not the last time. We passed a splendid evening with the excellent service, with the first-rate cuisine and booze and with the friendly cost. We will definitely visit there in a short time.

We booked for lunch and immediately received a lovely warm welcome from the owners. And that remained the theme throughout the meal. We had the excellent set lunch accompanied by a delicious Godello grape wine from Galicia. All 3 courses were excellent, with the mains accompanied with good veg. We finished off with coffees, which were also very good indeed. The service throughout was attentive and so personable. We couldn't recommend the restaurant enough.

This place is my preferred one. I go to a lot of restaurants but to this restaurant I go the most. The stuff is very cordial and the food they cook is so yummy. I never miss an opportunity to have a nice dinner in this place. Highly recommended.

Used to eat here years ago when it just opened, definitely not the same anymore. Waiter found it hard to understand a simple request (prawns main course but spicy instead of just lemon butter), when it came it wasn't as requested, he then took 20 minutes to go hunting for chili oil with no such luck. Was told the Chef was 'too busy', even though the restaurant was half empty. Mussels starter 'special' was the tiniest mussels I've had in a restaurant (painful to eat) and very bland. Atmosphere was also totally missing with hot bright lights on top of one's head, had almost a canteen feeling. Won't be coming back, not good value for money... Also, no consistency re Covid-19 safety practice, was given a laminated page to scan the QR code to view the menu on your own phone, but was given a printed wine list?!? They need to decide if handling a laminated item is more risky than a printed menu, or not!
