Wonderful restaurant: warm and calm. Excellent choice of products, expert cooking. I highly recommend choosing the Carte Blanche menu. The wine pairing was extremely well chosen. We were only for four days in Sainte Maxime but went there twice.

By far the best restaurant in Sainte Maxime. There is no doubt Chef Poësson deserves his one star Michelin. A star of excellence for a very reasonable price !

Una cena meravigliosa! Abbiamo scelto il menu composto dallo chef sul momento di 8 portate, una più buona dell’altra, ogni composizione viene valorizzata al massimo rispettando la stagionalità e le materie prime scelte sono di alta qualità. Qui ho trovato una cucina moderna e simpatica che valorizza anche lo “scarto” facendolo diventare parte integrante del piatto. Servizio anch’esso ottimo! Les italiens
