Skindbuksen offers great testing smørrebrod, but the price is quite steep. There's tables outside so you get to enjoy the good weather. The service was fast.
Really good traditional, old school Danish food. Had the beef patty that was excellent. Restaurant was full but they were nice enough to let us in! Would recommend this place!!

I went there for lunch. It's pretty pricey lunch dish ranges from 95 to 135. My meal came to around 20.58. The juice was 35 DKK (approximately 4.50), my meal was 135 (approx. 16), it's the typical price for a restaurant (not fast food) in Copenhagen though.The meal was subtle and tasty. I had the smoked salmon, smoked ham, toasted/grilled bread and omelette. The portion was smaller than I expected so it didn't fill me up but I like their variety of lunch options. The ambiance was good, it was at 13.30 on a Saturday afternoon so wasn't too busy. Location is very good, it's literally less than 2 minutes away from the Kongens Nytorv metro station so the famous Nyhavn is close by.
Excellent Krone Aquavit, excellent mackerell, good service, traditional decoration and a PEACE/gay flag. Love the combination.
