If I had to choose Donald Trump becoming the new King of America or Primera Air being able to operate another flight I’ll make the crown myself. Delays that are their fault are just the beginning. There’s no mobile check in so be prepared to stand in line for 2 hours. The USB chargers are nice but now I have to spend an entire workday at the airport so...you decide if it’s worth saving 30 bucks.

Does not pay any compensation for delayed or cancelled flights, even though they communicate that they will, but I've been waiting for a year now. Sad because other parts of the services were good.
STILL OWE US MONEY They over booked us and rerouted us with the promise of a refund and over 1200 compensation. We flew on June 22nd 2018 and it is Aug!!!
No online check in, you have to get your tickets from the desk along with people checking in luggage. Stupid. It took 3 hours and we'd have missed our flight if we hadn't arrived so early. It was also a delayed departure on both flights. Will never use them again. My partner booked them again. They were 2 hours late. Simply terrible. 100% record of flights being delayed by more than an hour and still desk check in only.

Det bedste flyselskab jeg har fløjet med. Ben plads manglede der ikke! God service fra de fantastiske stewardesser (danske og engelske stewardesser)hvor man blev guidet godt Igennem turen og hvad der skulle ske. God og erfaren pilot begge veje. Piloten fortalte herom vejret i landet, og hvis turbulens forekom, samt yderligere forhindringer (vi havde nogle der ikke kom med flyet og skulle derfor have aftaget deres bagage fra flyet. Man følte sig tryg igennem hele turen (jeg lider af flyskræk). Lidt forsinkede på vejen hjem, (20 min), men vi fløj ekstra hurtigt , så vi ankom til tiden, da de altid er gode til at yde en fantastisk service ! Rejs du trygt med dette flyselskab. 5 stjerner herfra, og kunne man give flere havde de fået det!
Værste efterbehandling skal man lede længe efter. Totalt ringe service og næsten umuligt at føre en fornuftig dialog med deres ansatte. Refundering for forsinket fly mangler stadig, trods deres løfte på max 12 uger (nu er vi i uge 15). Pludselig er der problemer med netop denne refundering, men det melder historien intet om førend vi ringer og kræver forklaring. Med en svarfrist på 45 dage via e-mail og nogle inkompetente medarbejdere i telefonen er vi nødsaget til at opsøge hovedkontoret direkte, og det skulle ikke undres hvis denne oplevelse ikke adskiller sig fra resten.
