The nurse Christina assessed my lips incorrectly and intentionally added more filler to one side of my lip than the other, which messed up my lips (were very uneven. I went back a few times to show them and then they then fixed them, though they're not perfect (I didn't want this much filler, I only get 1/2cc so it looks natural and I wanted a different and more natural shape but they had to add more to the top to even it out otherwise the only other option was to dissolve it all, which wasn't a choice, so I had to add more to the top resulting in a less natural look). I had to go back a few times for them to look at them, and they realized they were uneven, and said they would fix them. The multiple appointments this took was quite frustrating. However, they did take the care to adjust them the best they could after they were done unevenly and for the appointment to fix them (after I complained) they had both nurses and another woman from the clinic in the room for my appointment to assist and make me feel comfortable. But they ended up overfilling my lips to fix it, as there was no other solution, so now my lips look very unnatural (I'm a minimalist, I'm sure this looks fine for other women) and not at all like the photos I showed them. It's quite sad quite frankly. I trust the other nurse with my lips more than I trust Christina, because she could see what I was talking about - and where my lips were uneven (that one side was over-injected and the other side was visibly 1/2 - 3/4 smaller) - and overall seemed more comfortable fixing my lips. If I go back, I'll go to the other nurse.

I love Inviocare. First of all, I chose this place because of good reviews, convincing prices, and English friendly website. Their receptionists- Tina and other lady whose name I don't know. Wow! Both are so sweet and welcoming. They do exceptional job in making you feel welcomed. I did more treatments in this clinic. For some treatments I still wait for the results to show up, but so far I can recommend Juvederm fillers. Christina really knows what she is doing. She can also advice you on what would suit your face. Definitely coming back. Thank you!
