Thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience at Herrernes Magasin. I had heard great things about the service they provide and was not disappointed. I was served by David K himself and he set the tone from the start by offering me a beer while I tried on suits. He made sure he took the time to listen to my needs and I felt like I was in good hands. I the end I bought two suits - one that looked like I expected, but also one where David had shown me something slightly different. I will soon be back to stock up on accessories and I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else for a suit in Copenhagen.
Outstanding service! I went to look for a suit. I was guided to the right section of suits based on my size and chose three suits for fitting. Normally this is an operation that is full of uncertainty of what fits and what does not (for an average guy). The person in the store was very knowledgeable and helped me to say what works and explained details about the fabric and the way the suit was made. When I concluded on buying the suit, he helped me with the modifications needed and guided me to the tailor. He came with me to make sure the measurements are taken correctly and that the suit will look great after the tailoring. All this went to completely under my skin as it was just what I needed and even more. I am feeling very thankful for the service I received. The fittings were included in the price.
I was in during the first day of their suit sale, so it was decidedly busy. In spite of this I received professional and friendly service, and with someone who clearly was passionate about his work. Ended with a great suit, at a great price. Very pleased.
