Once you sign a contract, they will have no business with you anymore. AND they'll keep renting the apartment to others although they know about all its critical problems! Just a money grab! Preferably you should have a membership in the rental Bund so they fight for your rights when you need that.

AVOID AT ALL COST I can confirm the other negative reviews, once you’ve got your flat through this agency they couldn’t care less about the problems you have with landlords. My landlord would ignore my emails for months, then appear and propose to resolve the issue, then disappear again without doing what he promised. The agents were copied in on all emails and didn’t say a word. Before I got the place they said they work with this landlord for many years so obviously they must know (and don’t care) what trouble they get their tenants into. Worst renting experience of my life!

If I could, I wouldn't even give a star to this agency. They are the most awful agency I have ever dealt with, completely unprofessional and unfriendly. After you rent a place with them, which is going to be in a terrible condition, you will never hear from them again and they will never help you sort out your problems. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY

Hier arbeiten freundliche und absolut kompetente Mitarbeiter, die die Fragen sofort beantworten und die bereit und auch in der Lage sind, den Vermieter erfolgreich zu unterstützen. Ebenfalls positiv ist, daß während der Geschäftszeit immer sofort einer der Mitarbeiter telefonisch erreichbar ist. Sie sind sogar dann noch freundlich, wenn man zum 3. Mal in der gleichen Sache anruft :-).

Definitiv zu empfehlen. Ich habe mich letzte Woche bei der Firma Zeitwohnen Rhein Ruhr gemeldet, da Ich berufsbedingt ein Apartment auf Zeit benötigt habe. Ein Angebot habe Ich noch am selben Tag von einem Mitarbeiter erhalten, welches Ich am nächsten Tag schon besichtigen konnte. Die Wohnung entsprach den Bildern. Den Mietvertrag wurde mir auch zügig per E-Mail zugeschickt. Ich bedanke mich ganz herzlich für den schnellen und zuverlässigen Service und werde mit Sicherheit erneut auf Sie zukommen bei Bedarf.
