Urology Austin

Note regarding review: This (1) star rating has nothing to do with the doctors, care providers, or the internal office quality. Rather, this (1) star rating has *everything* to do with the quality of new-patient appointments. I made my appointment with this particular office two weeks ago today. Tomorrow was to be my appointment however, the Urology Austin Kyle location contacted me this morning to inform that the doctor I was slated to see would be out of town today and tomorrow. Fair enough, we all take breaks, so I requested the next available appointment. An appointment that would apparently be a full three weeks out. Let that sink in. A single appointment, for a new patient, ended up being five full weeks from the original date. The fact that they did not have anything available this week was dumbfounding.

Terrible \Care\/Treatments etc. as well as, Customer Service. I'm sure there are Hollywood Elites that have billions of dollars, that have never given away a dime in there life, that would care more about their patients.
