David Irvine, the funeral director of Kyle Bros, was helpful, understanding and supportive. He gently guided me through the arranging of my aunt's funeral with no fuss and no pressure. David Irvine and Lizzie Riding of Kyle Bros were very understanding and most helpful with their suggestions for arrangements, flowers and music at my aunt's funeral service at the Borders Crematorium which we had to arrange mostly by telephone due to work commitments in Glasgow. Couldn't be faulted.
