No one pick up phone, either call center or sri petaling. worst case, Shameline branch already closed but still published on web site, waste of time. None of the banks in Taman Connaught has the working kiosk. RHB Midah kiosk also not working. I had been wasted for 3 hours looking for kiosk and EPF offices!!!! What customer services????????????????

Terrible experience in this particular KWSP Sri Petaling branch. Went into to query if want to activate I-akaun need to queue, the lady that 'takes care' of the front rudely said yes have to BERATUR! Ok fine, my mum and I went to queue up as she instructed and when is our turn to enter, she's like 'dah beratur belum'. Er excuse me we did exactly as you instructed and theres no need for this rude attitude. Was there to assist my mum to activate her I-akaun as she has no clue how to do it. And that same lady said only can allow one person to enter due to number limit and we respected that but i told her that my mum does not know how to activate her account. And there was also people coming out from the branch so i could be allow to enter the premise. If can't enter the premise I would understand but maybe convey the message in a polite manner. And also she rudely said ‘berdiri dekat tepi jangan halang laluan’.Excuse me Miss I do not need to be there to take your attitude as though we are some slave or something or owe her something . We are the tax payers and in-fact is the one that pay your wages! I did not take note of this staff name. I don’t think I’ll be this annoyed and angry if she were to have a proper customer service and proper manners and attitude.I was there on the 5th March 2021 at around 9.30am. This branch is not the easiest to go to as well due to the location with no parking space provided. Regardless worst experience in this KWSP Sri Petaling branch. Will never come to this branch again. I’ve went to the KWSP branch in Jalan Changkat and the service there is at utmost professionalism and amazing. Respect all the amazing services done by the staffs there! Maybe not all service are the same as given by that staff in KWSP Sri Petaling but just by this rude service drives me away. Please do something to improve your service as we the tax payers deserves better service and treatment!
Always crowded with people... Staffs are helpful and polite but the facility too small to serve that much of patrons... Online appointment are introduced recently but the appointment only available to meet up after 4 months time... This is ridiculous!
