I made appointment at 1.30pm but reached there 40 minutes earlier than expected time. But they still allow us to enter without having to wait for a long time. Easy parking around the area and the staffs were very patient and friendly.

The kwsp staffs here are really really nice and helpful. They will attend to people and try to fix the problem. It has plenty of parking nearby. Highly recommended.

Fast & efficient services. Friendly & helpful staff too. Keep up your good work! Registering phone only takes 10 mins, while TH (Tab*ng H*j*) office just a few km away takes almost 2 hours for the same service! TH should send their Mgmt team to learn s'thing from EPF.
