Aside from the team being astoundingly good looking and great dancers, they are also polite, always happy to help and so friendly and understanding that you can't help but feel comfortable. I trust the boys to always do what's needed, give me the best price and squish my car in when I get a 'hunch' that it just 'feels funny'. Since Chris has been the lead singer at Marsh Street, I really feel that the band have gone from strength to strength. The office is always clean and warm, which has always been a bug bear of mine with garages. The lads are also really lovely with kids and take the time to explain to my little boy what's happening to the cars outside the window. I also feel its worth a mention that I have never felt anything less than perfectly safe there. Especially with the PPE and Covid guidelines they maintain without a hint of awkwardness or annoyance. They've taken it all in their stride and even today, when I phoned Chris in a flap because the engine actually fell out of my car, the response was fast, easy and he just couldn't do enough to help and reassure me. Great team, great branch, very well managed and very well staffed. Thanks boys.

They replaced all 4 tyres in my car, and also damaged breake shield cover, no one want to fix problem now, shield cost around 20, looks like accidently alloy hit cover when enginner remove whell, and this cause damage (shield is compleately detached)... shame
Went in for an Mot and Service. The staff were really helpful. I have been using this garage for the last few years for my services after I was let down by my previous one. They are responsible priced. I would recommend this garage. The garage is also Covid secure with the staff all wearing coverings in the customer area and plenty of hand gel available by all their desks and card machines.
Brilliant service from start to finish! Managed to get booked online for the same day. Despite being very busy they managed to carry out work on my car quickly and efficiently. I was back on the road within an hour. The prices are also very competitive.
Mixed review here car failed its mot, 2 of the failures we're tyre related. One being below 1.6mm and the other for a bulge. On getting home you could still see the ware indicator below the tred and using my caliper I got over 2 mm so don't now what they measure tread depth with. Other has no noticeable bulge as they tyre was changed 8 days prior to testing (part warn). Other failure was exhaust related. After getting it all sorted it passed its MOT after spending 43 for a retest and the exhaust repair.
