I took our Hyundai i10 in for a long-overdue service to KwikFit Plus in Prenton. I was impressed by the whole process and was happy to proceed with the further works suggested by the manager, Ross. I was even more impressed by Ross and his colleague Mike Mitchell who quickly sorted out a slight niggle with the car that surfaced after the work had been done. Great service. Well done folks!!
Great service for a replacement tyre at short notice. Lewis dealt with me from taking the initial call through to handing over the keys after the work was done. He was EXCELLENT and a credit to Kwik Fit. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. He should be commended. First Class!
I always get tyres replaced here. I've never needed an appointment and I've always been sorted within an hour. They always have tyres for my vivaro van. There is comfy seats while you wait and free drinks including tea coffee and chocolate. The staff are always hard working, polite and friendly . Recommended
