Avoid. They admitted miss diagnosing my car at my expensive of 300 just because they wanted to see if the cheapest option would fix it. Had to take it back because it was never fixed and they told me it was a completely different problem. Also they never connect the air filter, never filled the coolant, cracked my battery housing, and cracked the engine housing.
A big thank you to Michael for having a look at my car today. Had a slow puncher and from the start gave me the best scenario and worse case scenario. After leaving the car there, got a phone call saying it was just the valve that need to be tightened and collected the car with all social distancing measures in place. Fantastic service. Thank you again!!!
New tyres and wheel alignment check. Ordered and booked online. Dropped car off. Walked home. Phone call to say car was ready and wheel alignment was all ok. Walked back and picked up car. Quick and efficient and the price of the tyres was pretty good too.
I went in for a battery change and they found I needed an alternator change at the same time. Fair enough, but after waiting in there all day for a replacement they seemingly put the wrong one on, causing the damage seen in the picture. The battery they changed was also loose which I only noticed after driving away, hearing the alternator belt snap and flap around and I looked under the bonnet. Barely a hint of an apology, no money back and sub par work. A couple of the mechanics seemed good, but there seemed to be a lot of juniors there wandering about looking confused and needing help. Almost 400 for an alternator is insane. ** Update ** The customer service team contacted me to try and offer a free service to ‘reconsider’ my review. The poor / dangerous work was blamed on there not being a manager ...
