Had an issue with my BMW rear wheel, called Quick Fit - they advised that if I could get down before they closed they’d take a look at it. Was served by a really pleasant chap called Callum, he obviously knew how to provide exemplary customer service! Bravo! Would definitely recommend!
I went to this branch last weekend as my tyres were losing air. I was welcomed by mat and he explained id have to wait due to busy times however whatever the problem he and the guys would be sure to fix it. I did spend a good couple of hours in the waiting area however the pressure was eased with some great conversations and humour. Mat and the fellow colleagues made me feel very comfortable and gave a warm atmosphere. I actually had a great time to my surprise seeing as I had a bill for 2 new tyres. I will definitely be back for any future problems. Mat is professional and indeed comical, a very pleasant experience all round. Thanks guys.
Having pre-booked and purchased 2 new tyres, the replacement was done very quickly and safely
