It snowed today but the KwikFit courtyard was cleared and safe. There were clear safety information and staff were knowledgeable and pleasant. My car had a successful MOT which was done in good time and also with clear explanations about what needed to be looked at in the future. I was very happy with my visit.

Went in for a service and the boys couldn’t have been anymore helpful. Amazing service and care from the team, especially Ali Informed me of everything every step of the way and I wasn’t kept in the dark like other garages would do. Would recommend you ask for Ali in particular if you ever visit this garage. Really friendly and helpful and also has good knowledge of vehicles. I have taken my car here a few times now and Ali has been amazing in his work and customer service every time.
Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff kept me updated as the work progressed and managed to fit in some extra work I requested. Worth the extra few quid will happily use Kwik Fit again. Just missed my cup of hot chocolate while I was waiting. Terry.
