Great customer service this morning. Developed a valve leak having had new tyres fitted a day earlier at a different branch. Sorted promptly with no charge. Really impressed with the staff.

Friendly staff who were able to get my flat tyre fixed reasonably quickly. However, they also discovered I needed new brake pads and they had to be ordered in. I think I was in KwikFit for a total of about two or three hours, but the hot drinks were free plus the waiting room had free wifi and TV.
Very helpful quick service called them the day before asking to get booked in they where very honest and told me to book online because it would probably be cheaper which it was. They also told me to come in a couple hours later than the Internet said due them being busy, when I got the time that was arranged on the phone got there and they immediately got to work great service definitely would recommend.
After a bit of a nightmare being stranded for a few hours after a blow out, I managed to get my car recovered to Kwik Fit at Canal Street Perth where I received excellent service from Phil... He is a credit to your business, thanks again, your friendliness and helpfulness was much appreciated and I would also like to thank Rupert who was the chap who really tried to help me on the phone. He was at a call centre for kwik fit. He was very very helpful and lovely too ️
Guys were great, very helpful. Service was quick and efficient. They were respectful of the car and COVID regulations were in place. Recommend them.
