5 Star Service! Booked our Range Rover in for MOT whilst dropping car off asked if they could also book me in another day to check the balancing and Tracking as the car was pulling & Steering wasn't straight. Which Nik said he would get it checked out straight after the MOT on that very day! The Drive of the car after collecting was absolutely perfect! and Like NEW! Thanks Guys! The centre were fantastic with my MOT. It was in on the Saturday with parts ordered and the jobs done by the following Monday. I then had to follow up with an engine management light, Nik Curnow was fantastic. Not only in finding the issue, but helping to resolve it and keeping in contact with me at every stage. The easiest dealing I’ve had with a garage in the 10 years I’ve been driving. I dealt with a different branch of Kwik Fit a few years ago and the service wasn’t good so I was sceptical when I booked in with the Newquay branch but these guys are worlds away, I would definitely recommend them!
I found the staff at kwik fit Newquay friendly, any questions I had they explained everything very clear and in I way I could understand, meaning of the way no technical terms. Service was prompt. And would recommend.
We use kwik fit Newquay on a regular basis as a trade customer and all the staff there are very helpful and accommodating there’s a new member of staff Ollie who I hadn’t met before apparently he’s a new apprentice who was really on the ball very polite and helpful
