Kwik Fit - Leeds - Chapel Allerton

I have, for many years, taken all my cars to Kwik-Fit at Chapel Allerton for services and MOT tests. On every occasion I have been treated with professionalism and courtesy by all members of the team there. Whenever any of my cars have needed repairs, everything has been explained in detail to me and the most cost effective, in terms of time and money, solution recommended. I have no hesitation in recommending this branch of Kwik-Fit.

Just want to say a massive thank you to Richard for all his help today with my tyres! Really helpful and answered all my questions (sorry there were so many!). He explained why each thing needed to be done and was really honest about pricing. Great service :)

went to the Leeds Harrogate road branch for MOT. Failed on corroded brake pipes. Took to trusted garage to get the work done to be told there is nothing wrong with them.. went back to Kwik fit, the district manager was in, put the car up on the ramp and he eventually agreed there was no problem with the pipes but if he \admits that it will make everyone look bad\. Then made some strange comment like \hope those brakes don't fail on you\... Couldn't believe it. Also told me there is no point emailing customer services as it will just come to him and he'll delete it. Beyond shocking I emailed customer services and waited... Surprise surprise no reply.

I’ve been a customer of Kwikfit for more than 25 years. They once got me out of the mire on a cold Sunday morning in South Wales when my exhaust fell off on my way back to Leeds. I’ve used many of their garages in Leeds and found them to honest and reliable. They’re upfront about their prices and their mechanics know what they’re doing. They’ve also never failed an MOT on any of my vehicles so that’s another plus. Cheers guys.
