I recently booked my car for its annual service and MOT at Kwik Fit in Farnborough. The customer service was excellent and I was treated with great courtesy and politeness by the staff whom I encountered. The Covid-19 health and safety restrictions were carefully followed when I dropped my car off in the morning and then when I collected it later in the afternoon. I was kept informed by telephone of the result of my MOT. I find the Kwik Fit service in Farnborough to be very reliable and good value for money. Thank you.

They had ordered the wrong tyre. The car was booked for 1500 hours, the excuse was the delivery guy just dumped the tyre. Will you take that excuse? There could've been many filters to avoid this mistake, In all honesty, this kind of mistake is avoidable - easily. Showed poor management, communication, admin and customer service skills. A simple mistake from them that the effect is costly on us. The car was hired, meaning, it will not earn money so another loss on us. They don't see it in the clients' view, what problems they could bring just because of their lack of interest in making things right - the first time... whenever possible, every time. It could've been better if the lady was apologetic but she doesn't want me to talk. They have a minimum of 30 minutes to inform me over the phone not to come anymore but the customer service didn't kicked in so I had to drive and be surprised by their incompetence. Negative experience. They had been ordering tyres on daily basis, they should know.
Efficient, friendly and cost efficient. Would recommend the Farnborough location, headed up by Lawrence, to anyone who is looking for brilliant customer service and quality of product.
Very very efficient, no fuss, straight to the point and quick work.
Very helpful staffs. There's also waiting area for the customers while their cars are getting looked at. The service also is very good.
