Nice place manager was helpful even though they was busy my waiting time was about 10 min got offered coffee in and out in about 30 min cant complain update had to take car back as tracking was slightly out the guys had a look for free again spent most of the day tryna work it out had to get break pads changed aswell all good break pads for life always before xmas
Top notch service These guys went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service and would be happy to recommend them to my family and friends. They were efficient and courteous which is very rare in garages today. Keep up the good work.
I was 100% satisfied with my full service and MOT at KwikFit Bromley. On the drive home after I noticed the improvement in breaking after front disc pad replacement. I also noticed the large water buildup in passenger door or doors was gone even though I had forgot to ask them if they were able to do anything with it. Checking in and collection was fairly painless. They have their own on premises parking spaces which appears adequate for number of customers and felt the car was safe from damage there. I also felt that I was not over charged and that it was good value. The advisory advice on when my next cam belt replacement is due was clear and the staff helpful over my question about it. The online booking process was easy and clear and much better than phoning a garage that doesn’t do online bookings.
Excellent service. There was an issue with the online order, however, Nabeel went above and beyond to try to sort out the issue. Very helpful.
