I have been using Bridgend Kwik Fit for several years. The service I have had has always been of a very high standard in every respect. The staff are extremely friendly, honest and helpful in every respect.

Absolutely appalling place, me and my wife were made to sit outside in the rain while they took ages to change one tyre ,bare in mind my wife has copd and other serious health problems, they were told about it and didn't want to know, my wife sat in the rain on her portable nebuliser struggling to breathe , absolutely disgusting, it clearly states on the door two customers at a time, we were told that they were only concerned about keeping their staff safe ,so why are the staff in the customer area when they should be doing their jobs and there are canteens for staff aren't there, what a way to run a business kwik fit you are an embarrassment i wrote this review a while ago now and they said that they would look into it, i haven't heard a peep out of kwik fit, what a company they are haven't even got the decency to get back to us disgusting.
Had MOT for my VW Polo. Service at Kwik Fit Bridgend was excellent. No complaints. Very professional and friendly staff. I highly recommend.
Total cowboys. Waste of time. Booked my car in to this garage for a MOT - I picked this garage as it was local to my place of work. They quoted me 930 for a long list of issues including unnecessary suspension work - much above my anticipated budget. When initially said rejected that quote, the said they could give me a 200 reduction, but the work would now cost 720. Honestly, it seemed like they were plucking figures out of thin air. I then took my vehicle to another garage in Cardiff that completed complete the work & passed my vehicle for 210. Total cowboys. Waste of time.
I was in Kwik fit Bridgend today and normally I dred it because of past experience with not very quick service in my local area but I have finally found a Kwik Fit that lives up to its name the service was great and friendly very helpful and informative I would highly recommend this centre especially if you are disabled
