We had our first side wall tyre damage ever on the A411 on a Saturday about 3.30pm. The rescue services came out and helped us with a replacement tyre that’ll get us to the nearest kwik-fit. Everything was done quickly and smoothly when we arrived. In 10 mins we had bought and changed the tyre. We all got some tea as we got caught in the rain earlier when they were fixing the replacement tyre. I’ve been to other tyre shops and you’ve got to pay for your tea so that was a plus for me. Also the staff were very friendly and gave us all our tyre options and didn’t just try to sell us the most expensive tyre. So a big well done to them!
This is exemplary Kwik Fit branch. Very good atmosphere, nice and helpful staff. Highly recommended!!!
