The team in this branch are fantastic! Fast and efficient service, as fast as same day if needed. Knowledgeable and enthusiastic with good recommendations (not just the big sale stuff). I would trust the team here for an honest opinion and likely would take their recommendations without much thought, having seen no reason not to in over 5 years of custom. I was booking online but now I prefer to pop in and fact check beforehand, not being an expert myself.

Took our car in from an MOT, efficient service. Had an issue with the break pass but the team got them replaced then and there to save me a return trip. I highly recommend this garage. Friendly team.
Needed tracking doing after changing tracking rods. Seen straight away. Gentleman i spoke to on the desk was very helpful and chatty. I could tell he was passionate about his job even after 20 years of service with Kwik fit. Only two members of staff onsite but could tell they were a good team. All work was completed within 15-20mins & recieved a print out of all work completed before/after excellent service
Always go out of my way to book my MOTs at the Bognor Regis branch of Kwik Fit as they are knowledgeable, always friendly and very thorough. I am an amateur mechanic and know my way around a car and have been appalled by some testers at other establishments in the past who failed to pick up on several items I myself knew were test failures. Dave, one of the testers at Kwik Fit Bognor Regis is as good as I've seen, very professional, tough to the letter, but fair, clearly explaining test items, failures and advisories if asked for further details. A top service.
Very disappointed. I booked an MOT and said over the phone that there was an issue with one of the lights.No problem,they were going to sort it out.Guess what, they failed my car and when I reminded them, they started to look into it.It turned out it was a LED,too complicated.They sent me to Halfords to sort it out.I paid 45 for ...basically doing nothing.I was told to come back when the light is sorted....
