Dissatisfied that after booking my Mitsubishi shogun in and dropping the car off that they were not capable of changing rear spring due to the car being an uncommon make and too big for the Jack’s and equipment at the garage . Track rod end also to be replaced but wrong parts delivered. No advice given as to where to take the car with only a few days before mot re-test ran out. Booked the car in at a local garage where the work was carried out with ease.
This is my third visit to the Blyth branch and as on the previous two visits they provided excellent service. They were polite, professional and explained fully what and why they were doing.
Had my car serviced and MOT this week here at Blyth Kwik fit. Have to say the lads are all very friendly and happy to help. Very fast service also no messing around.Very reassuring with the whole covid situation. Fabulous customer service from all staff and manager Dan is great goes the extra mile to give good experience. Would recommend to friends and family. I travel 15 miles to come to this garage and will carry on doing it when needed 5 *
A very good service. The mechanics are so helpful, honest and informative. I would recommend Kwik fit any day of the week. Even in this difficult time, they try to help with as little fuss as possible.
