Went into the Mace Lane branch today to have my brakes inspected. Arron and the team were fast efficient and he even got me a much better deal than a quote I had! All replaced in record time. You guys never let me down. Advice is always on point and dependable.

Excellent service from Kwik Fit today, had a puncture and got me booked in and sorted within 30 minutes even though they were busy. In these testing times was made to feel safe whilst at the garage and was dealt with both swiftly and professionally by Arron who is a credit to the company , will definitely use them again.
These guys are always professional and ready to help. I arrive at 4pm for a meeting that was in their system for 3.15pm, yet they still managed to to help without any issues or problems. I would definitely recommend them
Ryan was really clear on the phone, explained what our options were. Had both back tyres replaced and the spare changed. Great price, quickly done, and friendly service. From a Covid standpoint the reception was well signed and had plenty of hand sanitizer. Good job people :)
I called into the Mace Lane Ashford store on a Sunday to be greeted by Ryan. Only 2 members of staff on duty but Ryan couldn’t have been more helpful. Tyre ordered and replaced the next day with a bit of discount. I returned with a small enquiry which Ryan dealt with promptly.
