Lunch here when I am travelling at 25 Feb 2020 and the food taste is delicious

We just stopped for lunch and my son ordered penne arabiatta which is a spicy tomato pasta, which was pointed out.When it arrived my son said how spicy it was, my husband then tried it and agreed how over the top with spice it was and told 2 of the waitresses the same, who agreed on trying the dish.We sent it back and ordered a plain crispy chicken.On paying the bill they charged us for the dish saying we were told it was spicy, SHOCKING customer service.
Good place for a meal stop on the way to İzmir. Food is delicious, prices are moderate.
The köfte was OK. Pricy. Looks like a fast chain restaurant.
