Well in Office nice person, 100% professional and all information we asked for. But tour itself was a big misunderstanding. We have been told that our trip to Adrspach will last from 10:00 till 15:00 and time allocated for Site seeing will last three hours. That was not the case, as other people in same bus had tickets up to 14:00 and by the time we get into the Adrspach it was nearly 12:00. More over tour guide was not very professional and split the group at some point forcing us to run on the remaining part of a walk around the City as time was very short to do so.... Sadly I can not recommend such a poor quality of service to anybody.
