We have come back to Mark and Carole time and time again for furniture for pretty much every room in our house and we have always been so impressed with the customer service and the finished products. We have ordered ‘off the shelf’ pieces from them when things on the website/showroom fitted with our requirements, but we have also made use of their bespoke service- they are always so accommodating and happy to talk through exactly what we need. The furniture is so well produced and is sure to last for many years. I will attempt to add some pics of some of the pieces they have made for us over the last 8 years! We really can’t recommend them highly enough :)
We ordered a hand made bed from Kubek furniture, in Melton Mowbray in September and wow, we are so pleased!! We are new to the area and just happened to pass by their showroom and thank goodness we did! Carole was amazingly helpful, and our solid oak bed was ordered on the spot. It arrived, delivered and assembled by Carole's hubby Mark, two weeks ago and we couldn't be more pleased. It's a wonderful solid, original hand built oak double bed and we love it so much, we have asked them to make us a made to measure cabinet too!! We would 100% recommend Kubek and we're sure, there will be lots more purchases to come ... thank you Carole and Mark!!
What a great, family business this is!! Good prices. Top quality. Great communications from Carole. Spot on, very quick, delivery (bang on the stated time!) and assembly of the pearl daybed from Mark and son. Lovely to deal with in every way. I highly recommend Kubek Furniture and will sharing.
Great company with outstanding customer service. I ordered the savannah outdoor sofa set and it arrived a lot sooner than expected. There was a small issue with the sofa but mark and team were great, very helpful and resolved quickly. The sofa itself is of great quality and super comfortable. I cannot recommend them enough and will definitely be using them again in the future. Cheers Mark.
