The passage to the ferry is like a jail. There is only 1 wheel chair so you will have to wait a looong time to get it. The overall experience is poor.

Good facilities provided in Jetty and service also very fast or great.
The terminal is small, but ok.. however, i hope the car park area can attach to the terminal entrance so that, it will be closer..

This jetty need to improve, not safety went passenger crossing the road.
no signboard, when ask for direction, what the person did is try to sell the ticket to us. Would be great if there is signboard or someone guide it.
