Fantastic company to work for, great communication from all the office staff. Plenty of shifts available and they always introduce me to the clients before my first home care shift. The training was excellent and covered everything i needed to know plus more , its also a great opportunity to meet new people. I have worked for KTG for over 3 years and I wouldn't work anywhere else

Good company to work for. Thorough training and always there at the end of a phone call if needs be. Lisa and Debbie have always been so helpful with any queries I've had and are flexible with my availability. Would definitely recommend KTG.
Poor communication skills, can't organise their work,sometimes doesn't even answer to queries,empty promises and problems with app. Basically wasted my time and money
I enjoy working for KTG, it is well run business. I enjoy all aspects of my job there is nothing I find hard about working with older adults with various ailments such as dementia and helping them live their lives to the full, and all the aspects of care. I have the flexibility and the support of management and office staff
