Nice place, have lots of amenities for both children and adults. What was a little challenging and definitely not doable with small children in strollers was the fact that the hotel is made out of 9 separate buildings with connections. You need to take many stairs and elevators to travel between them, as well as to go to a restaurant, lobby, gameroom, spa or pool. Average time is about 10-15 min of walking from place to place, make this couple of times a day...good workout. Overall a very nice hotel, and we will definitely be coming back especially since our children are a bit older and can do all the walking without parent assistance.

Not ready for international guests. The hotel has one of the largest collections of clearly unhappy staff, including receptionits who were having work life balance issues. The \junior suite\ they stuck us in was apparently made for really short people as we couldn't stretch or put on clothing without touching the ceiling. Parts of the hotel were great and some of the staff were genuinely nice but it was a very mixed bag. Calling reception was nearly impossible, when we did manage to get through promises were rarely kept, missing towels etc. The international kitchen consisted of steamed vegetables and raw tofu. It wasn't a bad experience overall but not really the value for the 4 star price.
Great hotel, clean and beautiful rooms, great wellness, spa, have own Disco and 2 a la care Restaurants. Breakfast were fabulous.
Very nice place in an exceptionally beautiful area. Overall everything was as expected. The reason for the 4 stars is due to the very small jacuzzi and pool. 6 person max capacity for an establishment of this size was not sufficient
All was perfect during this holiday! Solid 5!

Great place to stay and relax really close to several ski resorts. Top service and comfort at aby timea realy rich breakfast menu. The spa is amazing (did not see my wife for 2 hours)
