If your not dutch (like me) I wouldn't recommend it at all. As soon as you call to make an appointment, you can feel the discrimination. There is no genuine desire to assist unless you are dutch (of course). The doctors do speak perfect English but they keep talking to you in dutch (even knowing you are not understanding), and when you ask them to please explain in English, they asked why you do not speak dutch.. very sad. this world needs more love and understanding and we need to learn to treat people the way we want to be treated..so disappointed. Not good as a medical service center, unfortunately... your sick, you got here because you need to, not because you want to go see the ugly faces of the doctor, for god sake.

Ik ben een patiënt van een andere huisarts die nu op vakantie is. Ik bel even met praktijk Roukema en krijg een assistente met de grootste mond ooit. Het ging om mijn ervaring met de apotheek (wat in mijn ervaring heel goed is) en zij beweert dat het niet zo is. Ik begrijp de negatieve instelling ook totaal niet, dacht altijd en vind dat mensen die in de zorg werken juist heel positief ingesteld moeten zijn. Want ziek zijn of pijn hebben is al negatief genoeg.
