Very clean. Doughnuts are topped up. The manager is very moody in this branch never friendly. She never interacts with any customer. Looks like the staff have to authorise every transaction through the manager as she does not trust any staff as she gives the go-ahead nod. Otherwise service is really good staff is excellent except the manager. Happy staff smiling. Wheelchair accessible entrance, tables and chairs available unfortunately not usable due to covid. 2 stars given due to managers behaviour.
Good service over the phone
Good selection of doughnuts, friendly and helpful staff. Clean place.
Great donuts, but two of the last three times I went to this store they were closed - at 10:15 and 16:00, reasonable times of day and within the opening times posted both at their entrance and online. Covid is no excuse for poor service. Open or closed, either is fine - but don't keep your customers guessing which it is going to be!
