I had used Pchelka Kennels many times. The staff are amazing, very professional. The kennels are clean, lots of space. My 2 dogs have a great time their each year and is given lots of attention by the staff. Would highly recommend them.

Hey everyone, My kitten Estel was staying in this hotel for 9 days and I could not be happier about the services provided. Estel is a 7 months old very active kitten who needs a lot of attention and play time with his favourite laser pointer. I requested Ms. Ewelina additional play time for Estel and she did played a lot with him and updated me with daily videos. She is kind enough to clear Estel's litterbox to make him feel more comfortable for which I am truly grateful. Her elder daughter with whom I talked over WhatsApp helped me find another pet hotel for Estel when they were full. I am very happy with the service and I will for sure continue keeping Estel with them whenever I am out of town. I highly recommend this service. Best.

I want to recommend to everyone this hotel for your dog! I left my dog there for 20 days and I saw that he had a great time and he loved the guys there a lot! Everything was perfect: the rooms, the yard, the food and especially the owners! They are professionals and they take care of the dogs, like they are their own! If i have to leave him again to a hotel, I will leave him there definitely! Do the same!
Planning a short trip to Krakau I needed a dog hotel for two sights we wanted to visit where dogs were forbidden. So I texted a dog hotel before our stay but got a negative reply because they had no vacancies. Looking for another accommodation we drove to this place and were happy that Ewelina agreed immediately apart from the fact that we have never been there because we were tourists. I normally do not give my dog away but here I could be really happy and without any worries. Maggie, our labrador, loved being there. She could play with other dogs or sleep and relax in a big cage. Even the daughters of the family played with Maggie. In the afternoon when we picked her up she was happy and tired. So if you search for a dog hotel where they lovingly care for your dog I can recommend this one. Thanks again to the whole family. Angela, Rainer and Maggie.
I believe our cats were never care as well as they were by Ewelina. Juju always run away from strange people and hide (sometimes even from us) and she was so comfortable in Ewelina presence that I couldn't believe! Both our cats stayed here for a long period and we were very comfortable with the attention and care given to us and to our cats. I recommend big time!

Hotel Pchełka jest świetny nie tylko dla psów, ale także dla królików. Razem z naszym psem Mają zostawiliśmy królika Yoonę i nie tylko my, ale również zwierzaki są bardzo zadowolone z pobytu. Bardzo dobre warunki, hotel posiada duży ogród, gdzie pieski mogą się wybiegać i pobawić. Dla królika też znajduje się miejsce w ogrodzie, gdzie może rozprostować łapki i zjeść świeżą trawkę. Właścicielka ma cudowne podejście do każdego zwierzaka widać, że kocha to co robi. Z przyjemnością będziemy wracać do hotelu Pchełka. Polecam!
