Worst Hospital reception- Younger receptionist(Blonde receptionist) on the phone making personal calls while patients waited in line....and then being really rude to people. Never come across such an arrogant receptionist in Poland and will never ever go there. Be aware..they really don't care

Good ,professional approach! My partner was taken to see doctor straight away. Upstairs doctor examined her straight away as well. Reception staff and other staff very nice and polite!

Took great car for me. Unfortunately my Polish wasn't that great so this influenced the treatment I received from the nursing staff. But the surgeons speak English and some of the staff members spoke French or English. Just a few though. But there was almost always someone who I could talk to. Fixed my broken bones professionally and with care. Didnt treat me as a foreigner :)

During my 3 week stay in Krakow I had the opportunity to visit the hospital twice. The first time a friend of mine got a gash on her head and it took more than 5 hours for them to evaluate her, and there was only one other person in the waiting area. The second time I was there it was for myself I twisted my ankle. When I arrived at the hospital they did not even have ice to help stop the swelling. Even after asking ten times for the ice, I did not receive any because they told me they didn't have any. If a hospital doesn't have ice its not worthy of being a hospital. Additionally I didn't receive crutches, they told me that my friend should carry me home and that I can buy crutches in an orthopedic shop (orthopedic shops are closed on Sundays, so I had to wait one more. None of the staff spoke English. The staff (especially the nurses) were unfriendly and didn't seem to be doing their jobs. Maybe they were on strike? Coming back to my twisted ankle, the diagnosis was that my fibula was fractured and my ligaments were totally ok. After arriving back to Germany, and visiting a doctor the new diagnosis was torn ligaments and absolutely no fracture, additionally my doctor in Germany said the the cast was inappropriate for my condition. One star is still two stars too much. I can not recommend this hospital.

It's a regular hospital. You can donate blood here in exchange for 10x chocolate bar. There's also a cafeteria near the entrance.
