Portion sizes are good for the price. I got the fried egg rolls, which were a little soggy, but delicious. There wasn't a ton of oil which was nice. I also got the chow mein and spicy noodles. The one thing I will say is that it wasn't at all spicy, but otherwise well seasoned. The tofu was cooked perfectly. The restaurant is very small for the number of people who were dining in. But the workers were all wearing masks, which was good.

The fried rice there is perfect without any spices in it. I actually like how one of the appetizer on the menu is a combinations of all. I would definitely recommend both the beef fried rice and the combinations appetizer. I’m from Thailand and if you tell me this isn’t authentic then you won’t be finding anything more authentic than this in Phoenix. Pretty good Thai food in my opinion. I love the their chicken dumplings !!
Let me start by saying that I wanted to give 4.5 stars. I order food from Krachai about once a week and have enjoyed every meal I've ordered. My friend and family members who have tried Krachai thought it was delicious as well. I will continue to order from Krachai because it is so good, it's very reasonably priced, and most of the employees are helpful and provide good customer service. Really, all of the employees have been wonderful except for one. On numerous occasions, I have been helped by a woman who lacks customer service skills. The first time, I came in to pick up my take out order. Long story short, I waited about 10 minutes (standing just feet from the counter) before she even acknowledged me and it was not busy. Last week, I ordered take out. She was at the counter and was not wearing a mask when I went in to pick up my order. Tonight I called to place a take out order and a woman (I'd put my money on her) told me to call back in 30 minutes. Umm no. I mean, I will definitely order from Krachai again but they did lose my business tonight. (If you're busy, just say, \Hey. You're going to have to wait 45 min/1hour.\) There was also another incident a few months ago of inefficiency and unfriendliness on her part. Bottom line -EXCELLENT Thai restaurant with just one employee who needs to improve their service.
Such wonderful food and great price! Staff is super friendly. Very generous portions. The best Thai food in Phoenix.
A total joy to discover by accident: we ate there three months ago after the movie was to full for us to get in. Three of us completely loved each dish. Great service and huge portions. Only caution: the building housing several businesses does not seem to have a curb cutout for wheelchair users. Highly recommended for a pleasant outing with few frills but awesome service and food. Great value for the money.
