I have somewhat mixed feelings about this company. I feels their prices are somewhat high for the quality of their products. I ordered a Running Hannah extension around 4 days ago and it arrived the 4 days later - so that’s a bonus, fantastic delivery times! However, the product I received was damaged, quite extensively. The kickboarding at the bottom of the run was broken and had fallen inward on itself. Wood had splintered off and was separate in the box. There is black marking over the white paint on 2 panels (seemingly from rubbing against another panel during transit) and the packaging was a little rubbish - just sheets of thin paper between each panel. I have emailed Joypet to get a replacement as of course I’m not happy with the condition it has arrived it. I will see what they have to say.
