A very nice place for hiking, true nature, not crowded. There is also a great opportunity to hike north of Kremenets west to the main road that connects Kremenets and Dubno in the Rivne Region, starting just behind the Forestry College nearby, as that area is flat and partially wet with abundance of white storks, wild grey geese, hoopoes (as the number of horses has increased over the last decade). Also, when quiet and lucky, one can also encounter a Black Stork which is not rare anymore. Beavers who disappeared during 1960ies, have made a come back to the Ikva river 5-6 years ago. Thus, Kremenets hills (called mountains probably for its steepness), is a good choice for hikers world wide. There are plenty of hotels to stay in plus lots of decent food. I am sure you are smart enough to stay away from the cancerogenic aspartame containing lemonades - the same junk drinks as the American Diet Coke. Just drink local mineral water, and enjoy wild strawberries (June) and wild blueberries (July). Enjoy your healthy Berry Meal! Cheers.
