Have always recieved an excellent service, however today was over and above after running out of heating oil, with an 11 month old! This very stressed mum recieved same day delivery despite the high demand of oil! Appreciate this isnt always possible but good to know that if KP Thomas can help you out, they will! THANK YOU!

We ran out of heating oil so I left a message on the answer machine on Sunday 23rd Dec at 4pm. I expected to have no heating over Christmas. But Woke up today (Christmas Eve) to see a truck outside before 9am. Red and white lorry like Santa! Very Friendly delivery Man. And a Free calendar too. Amazing service!
