Stopped by for a light lunch and wasn't disappointed. Understated decor with a glorious view of Porthleven harbour. Excellent food with a fine glass of wine. Nothing disappointing here.

My wife and I had been really excited to visit Kota Kai last night and they certainly lived up to the high expectations that we had. The staff were very kind and offered details about the food and the specials. The kitchen is open for all to see, which I always think is a mark of quality and very interesting too! (I love watching to speculate whether our meals are coming next) I tried the duck ramen yesterday, red chillis came separate on the side for me to add as many as I wanted and the meal was incredible. I left fully satisfied and a little stuffed. The fact that many of the incredients are fresh vegetables made me feel a little less guilt for eating so much.
Delicious. Made use of the eat out help out scheme. Had the aracini, pork bao bun, Korean cauliflower and then madman curry and seafood laksa. All super yummy. My daughter loved her penne pasta too!!
