Good location for all Intercity express buses. But the building condition is rather a make-shift sad looking third world country facility. Kelantanese people need to wake up and should demand quality rather than allowing their authority building some infrastructure just for the sake of fulfilling the basic requirements.

From here you can go to KL and many other cities and towns in Malaysia. If you have waiting time you can walk 3 minutes to Aeon Shopping mall which has everything including affordable food.
I love this place, the terminal is in open area and really easy to find bus as counter located at right place.
Need new proper place for passenger
This is an inter-state bus station. The location is slightly far from town. Take bus to Tesco from town, fare RM 1.50, to reach this place. 150m from AEON and 500m from Tesco. Under utilised at the moment.
Nice And safe
I think this place is adequate as the facilities is good enough. Minus the not-so-clean part, i think its all good. I don't get it why there is some people comparing it to TBS or any bus station at west Malaysia. I mean, that is a develop and main city in Malaysia. Of course there will be more development. As a traveller, I think most of bus station that I experienced in Malaysia is not that fancy either. If you want to go to \high end\ restaurant or even doing some shopping, you can just go to AEON or Tesco which is just within some walks away from this bus station.
