After reading all the exciting reviews of other patients of the clinic I was a bit skeptical, but not anymore, now I am as excited as the others, this is truly the best dental clinic I have ever visited. My story: I had an ugly visible filling on my front tooth that was done in the Netherlands, so I was desperate to fix it during my visit to Lviv. I got an extensive consultation and was reassured that it can be done better. Christina, who is very young but so talented, did an amazing job and now I do not even notice it. Million thanks to you for everything - from reception to the end result. Keep it up!
Been there only twice but really like to come back sometime! The staff was very friendly, especially Dr. Alexander! and also love the way they treat their patients!!!
Let me just say that so far I have contacted this clinic via their website, e-mail, and Facebook with a simple request for a consultation. I was either ignored or asked, “Can you speak now?” (No, I can’t speak over the phone; I want to speak in person that is why I am trying to make an appointment) According to their website, the clinic is open until 9 p.m. on Saturdays; imagine my surprise when I walked over there and learned that they close at 3 p.m. on Saturdays. Today (10/30/17) I walked there again in hopes of finally being able to speak to someone; however, the receptionist refused to let me in. Contacted them again via Facebook, and got the same reply - “Can you speak now?” To my reply that unfortunately I am busy with work and would rather come in person, I received no reply. In contrast to this clinic, I was received instantly in Parodent clinics on 29 Chaikovs'koho St, and on 52 Lychakivska St. I am starting to think that this clinic is a hoax. If you are someone who values their time, then avoid this place. Just go to any other clinic in the city.
Справді космічна стоматологія. Профейсійність персоналу - космос. Без перебільшення. Довго мав проблему з одним зубом яку раніше не могли ідентифікувати. У цій клініці буквально після першого прийому лікарі зрозуміли у чому проблема і склали план лікування. Це лікування зайняло багато часу і досі триває, але я вже майже не відчуваю болю і обстеження показує позитивну динаміку. Сервіс та піклування про клієнта - космос. Вам завжди нагадають про візит, запитають про самопочуття після і дадуть пораду при потребі (у зручний для вас спосіб). Гарантійне обслуговування - космос. Кілька разів з моєї ж провини (після твердої їжі) відклеювався ретейнер на зубах і кожного разу наступного ж дня мене вже записували на прийом та безкоштовно його переклеювали. Плюс у клініці просто комфортно. Під час сеансу лікування вам включать улюблений фільм чи музику. Рекомендую.
Чудові лікарі та інноваційний клієнто-орієнтовний підхід. Приїзжаю з Київа до Львова в стоматологію. Що тут ще сказати?
Доктор Драганчук - найкращий стоматологічний хірург в Львові. Він реально робить ті операції, про які в інших клініках тільки пишуть на сайтах, але не роблять. Наприклад, мені було потрібно зробити резекцію верхівки кореня на одному із зубів - я обійшов усі платні клініки у Львові, які заявляють про таку операцію - і всюди відмовлялися її робити, пропонували видалити зуб і поставити імплантант. Але я знав, що таку операцію зробити можна, тому що точно таку ж операцію мені робили раніше за кордоном - на такому ж зубі, але з протилежного боку. І у всьому Львові тільки доктор Драганчук зміг зробити цю операцію - все пройшло успішно, зуб зажив і вже три роки нічого не турбує.
