I stayed here for 3N with my wife and 3yr old daughter. Swimming pool was cleaned daily and was always available. The location is very peaceful and is surrounded by many turtle conservation projects. The balcony gives serene views. The day started with delicious food. My wife and daughter are vegetarian, and the staff catered well to their dietary needs. Special mention to the caretaker Mendis who was very helpful and soft-spoken. They also help in arranging various excursions and day trips.

Enclosed personal space down a private lane right at the beachfront. Clean, minimalistic villa with four standard air-conditioned rooms attached to a spacious bathroom, by a pretty decent five-foot deep pool. A welcoming, hospitable host attends to all your needs with complete flexibility. Breakfast was plenty and scrumptious; definite must-visit for an isolated getaway
We had an amazing experience at the villa. Thanks and a big hug to the team. Never felt we were away from home Mr Mendis and Mr. Jayant, my daughter still talks about you guys. The place offers a walking distance from a calm beach, the pool at the villa was relaxing and bentota is a lovely refreshment from city life

Mahoj, Mendis & Jayantha are lovely. They looked after us so well during our stay. The large rooms of the hotel are spotlessly clean. There is a hotel tuk tuk to take you out locally. We enjoy fishing & they took us to some rocks on another beach to fish, then picked us up later. The breakfast was excellent, fruit, eggs, toast every morning. Then pancakes, Dahl or muffins on different mornings of the week. Evening meals are basic, fish or prawns with chips or rice. All very nicely presented & tasty. Garden, pool was always clean & tidy. Pool was great to cool off in. The beach is not very good for swimming so the pool was a great asset.

Chilled out place. All to yourselves, very private. We had an amzing time in this lovely villa. Brilliant weekend getaway destination. Pradeep the owner and Mendis was very helpful with the booking and had an amazing breakfast. Would reccomend it to anyone travelling downsouth. Rooms/Bathrooms were very well maintained.
