I did the make your own knife workshop. It ended up being a great day and I got to go home with a one of a kind knife. I can recommend it to everybody who appreciates craftmanship and enjoys making stuff!

Amazing Handcrafted MKnives! Well thought about the shapes and the handles. The Kives are so sharp and really important.. it stays sharp! Also love the lifetime warranty and the sharpening service. In my opinion a piece of Art.
I'm happy to have one of Sander's knives in my possession. It was nicely customized with my initials etched into the blade. It came in a wooden block customized to hold the knife, which I think was a very nice touch. Sander is very passionate about his knife making, from selecting the raw materials to different techniques and finishes. There always seems to be something he's trying or improving. These knives are little pieces of art, that are a combination of creativity and love for the craft. But first and foremost, it's the best knife in my kitchen by far!
Oooh wauw look at this! Just got my knife and all I can do is stare at it… Its so shiny and sharp! No, it’s not only to cut with! How dare you…? You can show it arround, give it different places in your home, look at it again, use it as a mirror, show it to your friends, talk to it, and carry it like a baby! When you only want the best ingrediënts in the kitchen, you only want the best materials. The craftmanship by Sander is massive. Best Knives by far!!!!
Best knives
After I've purchased one of Sander's knives my life was ruined. Never again could I use anything else. Any other knife I use could as well be a damp stick I found on a moldy forest floor. The quality of the blade as wel as the yearly sharpening service (free of charge!) have redefined my view on cooking. It's very tempting to use it for everything, like opening boxes, but I must not! I treat it as I would treat my closest kin. I just know I'll buy more some day.
