It was an excellent service. Everyone we had contact with helped us a lot. We had video calls to visit two properties. Later, they even gave us a translation of the contract and helped to arrange all the details.

They don't even bother calling you back when you call. How can they even sell houses this way? I have reacted on 3 properties in the last 3 months and they never helped me. All of the properties were just listed. You lost a client to the competition. Bought a house from AEF IMMO, they always pick up the phone and have lightning fast service!

Being a first time home buyer I had questions, clarifications and some last minute corrections in paperwork. AP-P dealt with patience and helpful mindset.
