After today visiting again, the boss offered me the same fried chicken for free and it’s fresh and delicious. The boss told me they changed the owner recently, that’s the reason why I had a bad experience in September. And today’s staffs are very friendly, not like some negative reviews said. Good restaurant and will recommend to friends.

The whole experience was very poor. Zero customer service. The waiter didn't greet, didn't apologise for having us wait, didn't even say ''thank you'' after paying. We had to wait for half an hour to order food and drinks then another 40 minutes to finally get our drinks served. We saw a few couples leaving because of the long wait and the poor service. The couple next to us who came 15 minutes before us was still not served and I felt really sorry for them. A group of students were also waiting twice longer than us. Every meal was small portion. Fried rice was not really 'fried' but just steamed and sticky. It tasted like a microwave fried rice. Bibin Bab's hot stone bowl wasn't warmed up enough and sauce was missing. When I asked for the sauce the waiter didn't even apologise and just brought it and put it on the table. So rude. BBQ meat (beef steak) was not seasoned enough and tasted nothing like garlic. BBQ pork belly wasn't seasoned at all but there were no salt, pepper or sauces to put on. If the service was brilliant, I would have given 3 star but this bad service made the average food and the whole experience really bad. We opted out of 10% auto service charge because there is no 'customer service'. I rarely write reviews but this time I'm overly disappointed and I feel I must leave a comment. Hope it'll be useful for those who are planning to come to this restaurant. Avoid!
We both ordered the fried chicken and bulgogi as takeaway and were very pleasantly surprised as the food was delicious. Both were great, with fresh ingredients and good portion size. The delivery was bang on time. Will most definitely order from here again.

An okay Korean Restaurant to feed your craving. It’s very expensive and not impressive. It wasn’t bad, but the price really stings. Given that’s pretty much the only Korean restaurant in the area, I might come back if I really want korean. We had korean bbq and Tokkbokki. I don’t know why we cooked on the baking sheet but I guess less messy for them to clean up.
